Whenever I run all four Corsair Vengeance units, the system crashes immediately. It fails to pass the motherboard logo, but performance improves significantly with dual-channel RAM.

Using four sticks doesn't imply quad channel usage. You should check each RAM module and slot individually to identify if the issue is with the RAM or the motherboard slot.

I understand bios, but when trying to access Windows 10 it freezes instantly and I’m stuck in a boot loop.

Seems like you're limited to just two sticks. Running four sticks puts a lot of strain on the memory controller.
