I needed to enable XMP but it reached 3200. I connected all the fans to one header, yet the two didn’t spin. The regular fan was still working. Was it a hardware problem or just a voltage issue?

I’d opt for a damaged unit, though DOA can occur. I’d probably fit the 600W PSU into the 2012AD model.
