Hello! Your Corsair Ql120 RGB fans aren’t turning on despite being connected to the motherboard. A standard nzxt fan is working, and using PWM or MSI Afterburner didn’t help. Since you don’t have a commander hub, they seem fine—just spinning briefly at startup before stopping. The temperature curve adjustment didn’t fix the issue either. Could be an issue with the fans themselves, a faulty power supply, or a driver problem?
Verify the presence of the 4-pin fan connector on the MB fan pins. The Corsair fan's RGB connectors also feature 4 pins and might look alike to the fan PWM connector.
They have three or four pins. The three-pin version works with DC, while the four-pin model uses PWM. Try switching them to DC if needed.
Corsair enthusiasts use 4-pin connectors, so I switched them to PWM. DC doesn’t respond either. I have two fans on the chassis slots and one on the CPU power port to test if it works with CPU settings, but it still didn’t function.
cpu optional includes a mini cooling fan such as 40x40mm to manage power inlet heat. Avoid using it if available, as it's already sufficient. The minimum speed is around 6k rpm and stays constant. I noticed Cha Fan 3, but the rest seems unclear. Also, consider swapping your RAM into A1 B1 slots—it appears they're running at 2133mhz.
Changed the RAM to A1 B1 and it resolved the single fan linked to the CPU port, though the remaining two fans tied to the chassis connectors are still not functioning.
... odd... what's your full setup? CPU, mainboard, GPU, power supply? It seems like power might be limited. You might want a splitter like this [link](https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-2-P...-1-catcorr) and link three fans to one header. The fan connected to the main cable controls its speed.
