In this situation and if you can afford it, I’d choose the fourth choice first, then the third. A 3600Mhz at CL16 is ideal, but personally I’d opt for 3200Mhz at CL16 instead of 3600Mhz at CL18. I don’t like overclocking memory much—I favor using the standard XMP profile for simplicity.
