I have a Corsair K68 keyboard that seems damaged. I contacted Corsair support to get the firmware and try to update it myself, but they said it's out of warranty. I'm looking for guidance on what to do next or the firmware file so I can fix it before buying another keyboard. Someone else had a similar problem with a Corsair mouse and received the firmware and instructions. Any advice or files would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
