Hello friend, I own the Corsair spec omega rgb case that comes with Corsair RGB accessories. The issue is it’s stuck on rainbow orgasm because I can’t launch the Corsair iCue program. I installed it but whenever I try to open it, it closes instantly—task manager shows a process running but it disappears within seconds. I searched online for solutions and tried several fixes: reinstalling the software, deleting all related files, changing USB headers one by one, using an older version of iCue, installing the old Link utility, running the app as admin, and even using compatibility mode. Still nothing works. My system details are: Windows 10 Pro, version 1903, 64-bit, BIOS F7, Intel i7 4790, Gigabyte gaming, 3 Corsair spec omega rgb case, Strix GTX 1070, 24GB RAM, 750W PSU. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks a lot for your help! - Po

No files were removed from those locations, and there was no indication of registry changes.

Sure, I noticed a few online comments suggesting success, but it hasn't applied to me.

Attempted to use USB header when disconnected. If it remains in the device manager, remove it there.

Sure, I'll do that right away. Just uninstall it now and reinstall without connecting the header.

I just tested it, but it keeps crashing. It starts up in Task Manager, then goes into suspended and closes.

Have you attempted to disconnect the PC when it's off, then navigated to Windows, uninstalled everything including appdata, cleared the registry, turned off automatic driver installs (see this guide), restarted and reconnected before trying to reinstall?

Removing everything and checking the appdata revealed these logs.

Check for entries beginning with "corsair" in the registry and similar patterns. For Device Manager, look for any unusual or unfamiliar device names or categories.
