Hi, your dad provided an old air conditioner that was functioning well a few months ago. Recently it began running at full capacity, but the fans aren’t showing RPM in the BIOS. The cabling seems correct and installed properly. I connected it directly to a USB header, but the LED still doesn’t light up. Even when I leave the micro USB disconnected, the pump continues to run and temperatures remain normal. It isn’t being recognized by Corsair Link either.

Yeah, it won't be recognized if you don't plug in the USB.

I didn't realize you were trying to connect the cable to JUSB1 and 2, but it didn't make any difference...
