Corruption
Corruption
Your motherboard’s main BIOS has faced corruption issues over time. Recently, after putting your PC to sleep and waking it back up, the BIOS became corrupted. A few days later, turning it off caused another corruption event. Now, leaving the PC on and it shutting down unexpectedly has led to more problems. Someone can assist you in resolving this with your motherboard.
Are you referring to the CMOS-data being damaged or is the BIOS file itself affected, possibly needing a complete BIOS re-flash? If only the CMOS-data is off, your CMOS battery likely needs replacement.
If the bios is damaged, the system won't start. It's likely a reset due to a dead battery. Just replace the battery and it should work again.
