Collect the files. Standard entry for basic access should suffice, reg2.reg should cover all properties—permissions must be adjusted. If your system won't respond even in safe mode, you can open the registry via bootable tools: https://www.raymond.cc/blog/how-to-edit-...n-windows/. I don’t notice lowerfilter or upperfilter there, but that shouldn’t matter if the key is relevant. However, you see entries like {4d36e96 7 -e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}, so perhaps you meant something else. For reg3.reg—LowerFilters is a string with EhStorClass and UpperFilters is a string with partmgr. If you remove just these, it might work.
