Correcting overscan in basic OS
Correcting overscan in basic OS
So i've got a little bit of overscan driving me bonkers that i'm trying to get rid of on a tv. I'm running Elementary OS, and this didn't happen until I properly installed the Nvidia drivers for the 1050 I'm using. I've checked the settings for the tv, but found nothing, the Nvidia Control panel has an Underscan option, but that just seems to shift it down and to the right, and then i've touched xrandr and tried messing with --transform but it did the same as Underscan. Oh and it happens with both the LoDPI and Pixel Doubed scaling factor settings. Here's an example of the xrandr stuff I tried. xrandr --output HDMI-0 --fb 3840x2160 --transform 1,0,-40,0,1,-20,0,0,1 If there's any other info I can give, or if you have the secret saying that will make this cooperate please let me know! Thank you i love you.
