Expecting smooth performance with the FX 8320 across those titles from 2011 to 2013. The GPU supports R9 270x and you can push maximum settings for games like No Man's Sky, Max Payne 3, Resident Evil 5, Dead Space 2, Dead Space 2, Code Mw3, and Code Mw2.

The card sets the pace here. It offers a solid mix despite some challenges.

Choose an i3 model. Also, L.A. Noire is capped at 30 FPS.

You might not hit all the games on the R9 270x, but setting them to medium to high while keeping FPS solid could work. It also depends on the game's resolution.

It's best to avoid using FX chips right now. While they aren't inherently bad, Intel processors perform more efficiently. An i5 would be a stronger choice. This advice comes from someone who has experience with FX chips—they’re not the most suitable option.
