I'm using a 5GHz processor at 1.37V with no AVX and a high LLC setting. It's been this configuration for nearly two years now. I did a delid test, but I wouldn't exceed 1.35V without doing it.

It's not clear if enabling the cache will actually improve performance for your current settings. You might want to test both 42 and 44 to see which gives better results.

I'll attempt to use cache version 44. I'll also check 4.9ghz + 1.35vcore with AVX0 if it doesn't work. If that fails, I'll try 4.8ghz + 1.32... and if neither works, I'll go with 4.7. Thank you for your patience—keep updating as I test everything. P.S. Should I run OCCT one hour, Cinebench 5-10 times, and RealBench 30 minutes? Or would a shorter test be sufficient?

Choose 5GHz, keep under 1.4 GHz, use AVX disabled, and just watch the temperatures. If it runs smoothly on Windows and a browser loads, it’s stable. My setup never had a problem at 5GHz but Chrome didn’t open at 5.1GHz.

I understand you're open to different approaches, but there isn't a universal solution here. Personally, I'm okay with an hour of RealBench and stable applications without crashes, especially if I don’t handle anything financially important. A rare crash wouldn’t stop me from continuing my work—unless it affects critical tasks, then it could be a problem. It depends on your specific needs and what you're testing. Everyone's situation is different, so what works for one might not for another.

Most of my thoughts on starting up and using Chrome matched what you said in detail. If it functions, it does. Unless you need absolute reliability, go with Pluto’s advice.

I checked all the options. Here’s what I got: 4.9ghz - 1.36vcore, 4.8ghz - 1.32vcore, 4.7ghz - 1.28vcore. I skipped 4.9ghz because the 1.36vcore is too high for my chip and for continuous use with heavy gaming. For 24/7 play, I’m leaning toward 4.7 or 4.8. Combining 4.7 with 1.28vcore gives a very cold performance even under tough loads, but the overclock is limited. 4.8 with 1.32vcore works well for me—it’s a solid OC and I can handle it while gaming nonstop.
