I didn’t make any partitions prior to installation; during setup I only saw the main installation process. There are no partitions available, and none were created by me. I simply chose the drive and pressed next, but the interface freezes at that point.

It remains in the same place regardless of the hard drive used, indicating the installation medium is the issue.

It's worth noting that I attempted to use two distinct flash drives, but even after wiping them and reinstalling Windows, they remained unresponsive.

After choosing the drive and clicking next, Windows informs you about the upcoming partition creation. If it doesn’t alert you, verify that a partition is being created during the selection process.

It doesn't mention creating partitions, though I assumed they'd appear automatically when Windows installs. I'll attempt the manual creation now.

I tried a laptop to transfer Windows onto the hard drive, which succeeded. After connecting the drive again to the PC, it becomes stuck at the loading screen.

Windows installation should be able to create the partitions it needs. Can we get a little more info on the computer in question?

I really think I've done everything I could by this point, but it's an HP Pavilion P2 PC model, not the P2-1113w version.

Have you attempted to reset the BIOS settings? After that, return and confirm your SSD is detected and the system boots from the USB. Also, disconnect any non-essential devices—like the CD drive or extra USB peripherals—to see if they affect the installation. There may be something unique about this PC that’s causing issues with Windows... you’ve already checked the SSD by using a different HDD and confirmed it functions in another machine.
