I tried a bit of research and found mostly high-end options. The closest match to a 14700K was an overclocked 10900K, which at full fan speed drew around 280W. The 10900K itself was about 250W. Noctuas NH-U14S looks similar to the Fera 5 but with more heatpipes and a stronger fan, though exact numbers aren't confirmed. Adding a few extra degrees should help bring it closer to the Fera 5's performance.

Similar to typical single-tower 120mm fan heatsinks. Therefore, I decline—absolutely not.

I don't have personal preferences, but I can help you decide based on your needs. Which budget are you considering?

You don't have to use an AIO if you stick with a stock clock. Opt for a dual tower cooler like the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120, Deepcool AK620, ID-Cooling A620, or Noctua NH-D15. Avoid mixing "budget" and "AIO" when looking for quality gear.

I have a $120 budget and my project can include an 165mm cooler for the CPU.
