No, a Kraken X63 (280 mm) wouldn't be suitable for cooling this CPU.

Generally, nothing at 13900K dissipates heat well, but a 280mm radiator should provide solid performance. Is this your first setup? Have you thought about switching to a 7000 series AMD CPU? They currently deliver better performance and are easier to manage.

Opt for a 360mm AIO setup, though the Kraken performs adequately. Ensure your case provides strong airflow as well.

I'm struggling because ZBrush is still CPU-heavy, and I need to play on a 4080 while others are using the 7800x3d and 7950x3d.

It's a comparable cost to the 13900K. New benchmarks indicate it offers much smoother performance in games and productivity compared to the 13900K. It also provides a way to upgrade. (But I think I'm not alone in this opinion—checking recent tests would be wise.)

It seems the 7900x3d fits a niche use case, while the 7800x3d suits gaming and solid output, and the 7950x is better for production work. I’d save money by choosing the CPU that matters most to you, rather than chasing higher frame rates.

Frame contact, unclipped and worn, Undervolted might work fine
