Hi! With a 9700k processor, you should consider whether the V8 GTS is sufficient for overclocking to 5.1 or 5.2Ghz. Let me know if you need more guidance.

It's a decent air cooler, which means you should be able to overclock, but the extent of the improvement depends on your CPU performance and luck with the 'silicon lottery'. Be sure to use a quality thermal paste such as Thermal Grizzly.
