You set up Home and provide a key for the Pro edition. Alternatively, you can download the official ISO and opt for the Pro version installation. There are no alternative paths unless for particular cases, as I understand.

If you're referring to the grey market, it's unpredictable—sometimes it succeeds, other times it fails. It depends on circumstances, and sometimes the main suppliers get blocked. I generally avoid them.
