I have a 1366 by 786 monitor and a GTX 1650 Super graphics card. I can't buy an HD monitor right now because I might also need to upgrade my GPU later. Can I record my games and change the resolution to 1080p at 60 frames per second without losing too much quality? If yes, which software do you recommend to convert my 720p footage to 1080p (keeping the same frame rate)? I tried using Wondershare Ultimate and the video came out in 1080p 60fps, but it looks way too blurry.

To change your 3D settings and adjust DSR factors, open the Nvidia Control Panel and go to their help page. After that, just keep recording at your chosen new resolution instead of using the old one.

You're using the GPU, but maybe it won't handle everything at once.
