I don’t understand how to proceed, but you should upload the video now.

I employ the free program "Gold Wave," which handles nearly all tasks. Launch the file and export it as XY.

You can also generate a job to handle multiple files simultaneously.

This is for audio, but you need a video version.

Install the FFMPEG plugin. Execute the command to convert the file. Your output will be saved as output.mp4 in the bin directory. Ensure the input file exists there before running.

HandBrake is really impressive. It works across different operating systems like Windows, Mac, and Linux. It’s not clear if it uses hardware acceleration, but you have the option to try VLC instead.

FLV and MP4 are formats that allow you to use various audio and video codecs. You can choose from options like MPEG-4 Part 3, AAC, MP3, MP2, MP1 for sound, and MPEG-H Part 2 (HEVC/H.265), AVC/ H.264 for video, along with MPEG-4 Part 10 (AVC/H.264), MPEG-4 Part 2, MPEG-2 Video, and MPEG-1 Video. FLV also supports some of these codecs even though it is a different container type.
