Hi, your ASUS Z270-A motherboard uses a 4-pin RGB header. The RGB water cooler you bought only connects via 3-pin cables. To manage both devices, you’ll need a compatible adapter or a cable that supports multiple 3-pin connections. Check if there are third-party adapters available for your motherboard model.

3-pin 5V and 4-pin 12V RGB systems don’t work together. These connectors aren’t compatible. You can’t simply connect them. Use a dedicated RGB controller that supports 5V addressable outputs if you want to manage your 5V RGB devices.
