Looking ahead to next year, you're planning a move to a university campus and want something more portable than your current ATX setup. You already own a Micro ATX case from a friend, but you're wondering if it's worth investing in a compatible Micro ATX motherboard within your $250 AUD budget. Your current gear includes an AMD Ryzen 5 3600X, a GeForce RTX 2060 Ventus XS, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, and a B450 gaming GPU. You're considering the MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX EVGA 700 GD 700W 80+ non-modular PS. Any suggestions would be helpful. Cheers!

You have several choices available. When considering portability, do you recognize the model? The design and size might be more practical for your needs. A smaller board doesn't always mean it's better.

I should have clarified what I meant by portability—essentially just occupying a bit less room on my desk. The model is the Thermaltake S100 Tempered Glass Micro ATX case. Also, it would be great if future Ryzen 5000 CPUs were compatible (at least the B400 series chipset). Unfortunately, the ones you showed match that requirement.
