Hello everyone, I’m considering repurposing an old router as an access point. Since I can’t connect it wirelessly or via Ethernet due to the long distances, I’m curious if powerline adapters could work to link the two routers across different rooms.

The setup on the routers matches standard Ethernet connections.

It should function, though you'll need to account for the delays from the powerline adapters and the WiFi connection.
