AFAIK there is no such thing as 3 pin 12v RGB connectors, as you inherently need 4 pins for it. One for a 12v feed to each colour (all LEDs of the same colour output the same brightness setting) and a common ground. 3 pin outputs data, 5v and ground. This kind of RGB has a chip in every LED so every single LED can be controlled individually.

If you have a fan hub with 10-6pin headers and a 3pin header, and it's rated for 5V, you can connect the 3pin ARGB to a 3pin cable that goes into the hub. you can link any 5v 3pin argb to any 5v 3pin argb as long as the 5v connect to the 5v ground with ground and data to data. the method depends on modded cables, do-it-yourself work, or you can't link a 5v argb to a 12 rgb without a converter—it only functions one way from a 5v argb device to a 12 rgb controller.
