Hi, your issue involves unusual audio behavior in Windows 10 Pro 1809. This problem affects apps like Chrome, VLC, PotPlayer, and games, causing sounds to be delayed and voices to get lost. It occurs with both earphones and speakers. You've already tried Ubuntu without issues, suggesting the problem is specific to Windows. You attempted driver reinstallation and disabled sound enhancements, but nothing resolved it. Consider checking audio settings, updating drivers, or using a different audio profile if needed.

You might have activated surround sound unintentionally with stereo speakers. Check that everything is configured for Stereo, particularly within the soundcard settings.

That's already been addressed, no assistance needed. I don't understand further actions.

Your music card or chip includes extra settings options that aren't found in the regular Windows configuration. You'll need to access a dedicated music control interface separately.
