They're facing a problem with the method shown in the video. At the 3-minute point they navigate to properties > hardware > and look under device functions, but "MotioninJoy Virtual Xinput device for Windows" isn't listed. In properties > hardware there are two options: "HID-compliant game controller" and "USB input device." They recently reinstalled Windows and haven't installed MotioninJoy yet.
