I found information about your Dell Inspiron 3647 that restricts using the standard power button. There are alternative methods to restart the computer without purchasing an OEM power button. The provided file ID suggests you might be looking for technical documentation or repair guides related to this issue.

Dell offers some unusual components for their stock system accessories. You need to use their CPU fans, buttons, and other OEM parts without the Dell integrity check running afterward. For a Dell-branded setup, it's better to stick with stock items and get an OEM button.

Dell offers a service named "Guaranteed Self-Employment." Because most components in a Dell device are exclusive, if something fails, the user typically needs to replace it with another Dell part. It’s not ideal, but that’s the current setup.

There’s no alternative method to activate the motherboard except using the original power switch provided by the manufacturer.
