The problem remains unresolved, but I've attempted the following advice from OCUK forum members:
Consider reducing resolution to 1080p
Disable McAfee antivirus
Tested with another brand of mouse (Dell), but I'll try a different gaming mouse if possible.
I'll keep this thread updated on any further findings.

Still nothing yet, I'm afraid. If anyone is interested I'll link to the OCUK forum thread where you can see some of the suggestions. If you are suffering from this issue perhaps one of the recommended solutions might be able to help? Should also give you an insight into what I've already tried.

The clear approach to test is using a standard USB mouse and checking if the issues disappear; this helps pinpoint whether the problem lies within Logitech's software. Make sure the software is updated to the newest release, and adjust the mouse's onboard firmware if the Logitech update is detected as outdated.

Other than that, consider reducing the DPS polling rate on the mouse; it might be causing lag, so testing this adjustment could be useful.

Thank you for your reply!
I've tried it with a standard Dell work mouse, which still caused issues—it was wireless. I think it would be better to test with a different wired USB mouse since the Dell model didn't perform well. I'm hoping to find something more suitable!
Concerning the Logitech G-Hub, I've already checked for updates after uninstalling and reinstalling both the software and the mouse driver. The firmware is up to date as well.
As mentioned in the original post, I've tried reducing the polling rate and DPI, but these adjustments didn't make a noticeable difference.

Following the recommendation to use Event Viewer on the OCUK forums, I gathered these findings:
Critical: 1 in the last hour / 2 in the last 24 hours / 3 in the last 7 days
Error: 2 in the last hour / 5 in the last 24 hours / 34 in the last 7 days
Warning (This one seems quite high): 10 in the last hour / 34 in the last 24 hours / 1345 in the last 7 days
1345 warnings over the past week appear unusually high, particularly given only 34 warnings in the last 24 hours. Might this indicate a warning sign?

Maybe, but without understanding the causes of the alerts, it's difficult to determine. It appears to suggest that something is definitely incorrect.

Here’s what’s triggering the current warnings:
Over the last week, the main issues stem from several key sources.
Critical: 'Kernel-Power' (three major events linked to this source)
Error: 'Kernel-EventTracing' (seven errors), 'DistrubutedCOM' (seven errors)
Warning: 'DistributedCOM' (1030 warnings), 'Kernel-PnP' (231 warnings), 'CertificateServicesClient-AutoEnrollment' (15 warnings)
Other errors and warnings mostly came from a few additional sources.

The information suggests that the Distributed Com error 10016 might be connected to mouse input problems and microstutter.

Sorry about missing the Event IDs, I can include them if required. I'm actually new to using the Event Viewer and didn't even realize it was available!

Not a correction but I mentioned having v-sync enabled for g-sync. If you use a g-sync monitor, you should disable v-sync.
