It begins right after turning on the PC, consistently present whether idle or running games. I attempted to remove the GPU and power it up again, but the sound remains. Could this be a new issue? It’s a fresh build, with the GPU planned for later upgrade. My girlfriend mentioned the sound wasn’t there at first, only appeared recently. I experienced RAM stability problems during Memtest, Aida, and Cindebench tests, which caused crashes and freezes, and I adjusted voltages on the RAM and CPU.

Build details:
- Case: ASUS Hyperion GR701
- Motherboard: Mobo ASUS Strix Z790-H
- CPU: i7-14700kf with Thermalright CPU bracket
- RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB 32GB 7200MHz (2x16GB)
- SSD: Samsung 990 Pro
- Cooler: AiO ROG Ryujin III 360mm
- Power Supply: Gigabyte Aorus P1200W
- GPU: Zotac 1070 Mini (already removed from case, sound persists)

Join the discussions, fresh face! Lay out an A4 sheet and place one end near your ear while using the other to listen closely. Record the audio to capture everything.

It might also help to pause each fan for 2 or 3 seconds to check if it's functioning properly.

The concept of a fan is real. I've tried it several times to determine the source of the noise.
