So I upgraded to the Ryzen 9 5900x in an attempt to ease some of my stuttering issues, though it hasn’t completely solved them. There are still occasional stutters, but they’re not too bothersome. I’m still experiencing some fluctuations at around 144fps, and the games that cause the most problems are Star Wars: Battlefront II, Battlefield 1, and Battlefield V. It seems the stutters are worse in those titles. I’m puzzled as to why this is happening with my RAM—it’s one of the few components from my original build, which was six years ago. I plan to replace it soon, hoping it will help, but it might also be related to my SSD or M.2 drive since all other parts are functioning normally.

When playing games, I enable VSync in the Radeon software and turn it off during gameplay for a smoother experience. I’ve tried enabling and disabling FreeSync in AMD software, but the results haven’t been significant (this might be due to VSync being active). I also have SAM enabled and Ftmp turned off in BIOS, with Xmas activated.

PC specifications:
Ryzen 9 5900x
RX 6750 XT
Ripjaws 3600 CL16 2x8
ASUS B550 Gaming
Corsair H150i 240M
I’ve uninstalled drivers multiple times, reinstalled chipset drivers several times, and even redownloaded Windows multiple times. The BIOS is running smoothly.

Do over:
Remove and reinstall drivers manually through the relevant manufacturer's online platforms.
Avoid using any third-party tools or installers.
Make sure you're visiting the correct manufacturer's site.
A name appearing in a URL doesn't guarantee it's the genuine source.
Proceed with caution.
Download the appropriate drivers that correspond to the component's specifications, then reinstall and adjust settings.
If this doesn't work, other solutions may help identify and resolve the stuttering issue.

I tried all the suggestions you gave, but things got worse. After enabling xmp and SAM, it worked again, which isn’t ideal but improved over the previous state. Right now I’m downloading other games to check, as I reinstalled Windows and need to re-download everything.
