It seems there might be a CPU-related problem. I’d suggest checking for any CPU overclocking settings.
Updated BIOS from 2019 to 2020; noticed a 2021 release but it was still in Beta, so I chose the safer path. Drivers are all current. I’ll test the PC normally to check if the update resolved the issue.
I would attempt to disable features such as turbo boost, PBO, or similar settings.
