We own numerous gadgets in our home. They all link to the printers smoothly and produce prints regularly without any problems. Each one functions flawlessly except for two. My mother's laptops are not printing at all. This problem has persisted for more than a year. I've explored every possible fix available worldwide. She frequently moves them around, so a wired setup wasn't feasible. I've reconfigured them with Windows several times and installed the drivers manually. They also lose their WiFi connection often. This isn't the case with the other devices in the house. Only hers seems affected. Any suggestions on why printer and WiFi issues appear only on these two devices (different brands)? I can get her laptop to print briefly, but it stops working again after a few days. I've configured static IP addresses for the printers and her laptop as well. The printers are from various brands, yet her laptop struggles with both. They're all connected via Ethernet.

The laptops are quite old. It might be due to outdated networking cards or compatibility issues with the printer. Check both print and networking drivers. Also, consider if you have several Wi-Fi access points—switching between them while handling a print job could lead to problems.
