I've observed some players' performance metrics look significantly different from mine. On Twitch everything runs at 1080p while locally it's only 60fps, especially with my ASUS PG258 monitor. The game caps at 60fps regardless of hardware specs. My R9 290 seems to handle it well, but I notice a gap compared to someone using a 2080TI. It might not be the GPU issue if you're on the same display resolution, or possibly your older CPU is limiting things. Running a 2600k could help, but the discrepancy suggests something beyond just graphics settings.

The main concern is how streaming quality works. It relies on two things: the bitrate being used and the encoding power the server provides. A higher local bitrate usually leads to better quality and smoother playback, but unless you're on a premium plan or have special access, it might not significantly affect the final appearance since platforms like Twitch focus more on larger audiences.

It seems the difference in smoothness might be due to your setup or hardware changes over time. The game itself hasn’t changed much, but your system could have evolved differently compared to when you first started streaming.

It's tough to give a clear answer without understanding the game and its specifications.

The game is designed with a vengeful spirit, created by developers who overlooked the importance of optimization. My whole setup belongs to my profile; for someone else's system, I'd need to figure out how to reach them.

Based on the specifications, it appears the system is designed for more demanding processing power. The recommended dual-core 3.0GHz CPU and Haswell i5 align with expectations for better single-core performance compared to older models. GPU needs seem limited to very weak hardware from around 2012. With a newer CPU offering stronger single-core speed, performance should improve noticeably. It seems the game likely relies more on calculations than graphics rendering, which often shows this behavior—changes in resolution or settings have little impact on smoothness. This pattern matches my experience with older Battlefield titles.
