I haven't played WoW before; I just tried Diablo 3 and got Burning Crusade installed on my account. It took him less than ten minutes to complete the transfer. He upgraded my account to Cataclysm and also gave me Wraith of the Lich King for free. Now I'm trying to change my WoW login name back to what it was when I was a kid, but unfortunately he only offered a seven-day free trial and Mists of Pandora as well. What do you think about WoW or Diablo 3? They seem to have solid support teams compared to Runescape, and they also have Collectors' Edition. Edited August 20, 2014 by Scratchy1215
About 99% of RS’s help comes from automation over the past decade. During that time, I never had the chance to speak directly with a human about customer support issues.
They are enhancing WoW accounts for many players to advance the upcoming expansion. I've gotten several emails inviting me to upgrade my second account, giving up my original one from Cata to Mists for free if I return. The "base" game now covers everything up to Cata. Click on Vanilla, BC, Wrath, and Cata—they all lead to the same page. Vanilla via Cata, priced at $19.99 for the base version. It's the updated version of what used to be Vanilla and BC as the "base" game. https://us.battle.net/shop/en/product/world-of-warcraft
You can obtain MoP for $9.99 or £7.99 in cash at the Blizzard store, though I think Blizzard CS is a solid choice.
Blizzard assistance stands out among competitors. They consistently connect you with a live representative via chat, and they deliver accurate guidance within their recommended timeframe (48 hours). One of the top-tier customer service teams I've experienced.
Blizzard's support is truly exceptional. They responded quickly, set up a new account, and connected it with my old locked account in under five minutes. It was impressive how smoothly everything worked. Thanks, Blizzard!
I've faced similar issues before. My account was compromised and the support person didn't alter my login info. They asked standard questions to confirm it was me and inquired about the card ending in a specific number. When I declined, they reviewed the details, confirmed it wasn't the user who had been active for six years, blocked the associated IP address, removed the account from the game, reset the personal WoW login, cleared the credit card from my history, extended the account by three months, and even refunded any unauthorized purchases made using the funds. All this was completed in just 20 minutes.
