I'm working on assembling a PC for a family member and I'm not seeing a display. This is the second motherboard I've used. My system has a 12600k with built-in graphics, but I can't view images from the GPU or the onboard unit. When I install a different graphics card, it functions properly, so it's likely something else. I've also tested various RAM slots and configurations without changing the RAM type. What might be causing this issue? Thank you for your help.

Asus TUF B650 LGA 1700 with Intel 12600K, MSI RTX 2070, Kingston Fury DDR4 3200, Evga 750W PSU, XPG NVMe Gen4 storage. I tested my own GPU in the new build but saw no display.
