Hello, I'm struggling financially and live in Poland. I want to play games at high settings but don’t have enough money. I gathered some old parts and planned to build a gaming rig using the Core 2 Quad Q9300. I need a motherboard that fits Socket 775, but I’m unsure which one will work. I found a couple of links suggesting different models, and I’m confused about compatibility. Can I just buy any Socket 775 motherboard without worrying about the exact specs? Thanks for your help!

If you were nearer, such as next door, I’d share my Rampage Formula with an Xeon X3360 and a 4GB G.Skill 1066. I haven’t activated it since around 2016.
