Constantly having gpu dump issues
the laptop model is an OMEN Laptop 15-ek1013dx (350D5UA). the gpu temperature stays below 50 degrees celsius and usage isn't excessive, even during intense games. i've already tried disabling hardware acceleration, installing all available nvidia drivers with a clean ddu setup, performing a fresh windows install (it worked for a day), updating bios, adjusting power management to max performance, turning off windows game mode, disabling pcie in power saving mode, and connecting the charger while searching for a solution. please help!
I refer to a snapshot or capture of GPU memory and performance data. This helps analyze how the graphics card is handling tasks and identifying potential issues.
The system reports a GPU dump error with code 367101. The game stops unexpectedly, but no mods were active. It confirms the crash occurred during Steam launch in listening server mode on Windows 64-bit shipping build. The engine detected a D3D12RHI crash and terminated the process safely.
I'm having problems with the one my friend made for me while I was working. It seems to occur whenever I play any game, sometimes right after launch and other times after a few minutes. I use Riva and MSI Afterburner to track performance and temperatures, but for some smaller games the GPU stays under 50°C and CPU under 70°C.
My complete system details were shared with Nivda for assistance. System information is stored under the file name "Info.nfo".
This game works well on Unreal 5 and offers additional details about each crash, though not every error clearly shows a GPU crash dump. Among the titles I've played for a long time, Rim World stands out as a story-driven experience that mainly relies on CPU performance.
