The minimum requirements seem a bit insufficient.
It might be that they were designed incorrectly.
Operating System: Windows 7 with 64-bit support.
Processor: Intel Core i5-3470 or AMD FX-6300.
Memory: 4GB RAM.
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 or AMD Radeon HD 6870.
