Consistently poor low LOD and draw distances across all games you play.
I constructed this machine in December due to recurring issues with my previous PC, which prevented any resolution. Every game draw suffers from poor performance, textures appear distorted, foliage takes a long time to render, and I've tried everything without success. I lack the resources to purchase another system and risk repeating the same problems. On my old setup, replacing every part didn't fix the matter. It seems the problem might lie with the Windows operating system, though reinstalling, rolling back updates, and defragmenting haven't helped. I'm in a tough spot and thought this forum would be the right place to seek advice. If anyone has faced similar challenges or knows a solution, your support would mean a lot.
