I've restarted my PC, reset my network card, used Ethernet, and tried disabling firewalls, but I'm not very tech-savvy. I also used a VPN to check if my ISP was the cause, though the free one didn't help much. I know it's likely my computer is limiting performance, as a family member had normal speeds when running the app. The games affected are: Valorant Portal 2 (mostly single-player), War Thunder (just the launcher), Rocket League SuperHot, Minecraft (SuperHot), and I noticed this in the menu without playing. I appreciate any advice you can give.

I identified the problem with the network boost configuration in Lenovo Vantage. Disabling it restored normal performance. Really annoying bloatware!
