RIVA displays a steady 60fps without any interruptions, a consistent frame timing, and typical GPU and CPU temperatures with normal usage. Yet the visuals still lack the smoothness of actual fluid gameplay. My friend’s titles run much better on his machine, which uses an RTX 2060. His PC specs are: CPU Intel 12700k, GPU 4070 Ti RTX 12 GB VRAM, RAM 32 GB (2x16 GB DDR5 5200 MHz), ASUS Fury Beast motherboard, NVME 2TB storage, 850W Gen 5 PSU, PCI-E ATX 3.0 GOLD from Patriot. My test results are here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/63625813. I attempted several fixes—adjusting BIOS settings, disabling Vsync, updating drivers and OS, reinstalling Windows—but nothing improved the experience. Could it be related to my home’s electricity? Please, I’ve spent a lot on this build and want optimal performance. I urge you to check these video links for similar games: God of War, Cyberpunk 2077, Ratchet and Clank: Rifft Apart. You can also watch gameplay on YouTube where the visuals look much smoother.

What kind of display do you prefer? Setting your FPS to 60 can actually reduce the smoothness you feel. Even with a 60Hz screen, sub-refresh frames still offer some improvement. However, this might cause tearing. It’s worth noting that if your monitor is 4K, it could be running at 30Hz instead.

Your video looks clear with no errors detected. Could you tell me what kind of monitor you're using?

This monitor isn't ideal for gaming. Also, avoid relying on user benchmarks.

I also tested on TVs and the high refresh rate GIGABYTE M27Q with G sync turned on. It performs well at high frame rates but appears choppy consistently at 60fps.

I used a M27Q from GIGABYTE at 2kHz and 170Hz, and it works well at high frame rates but becomes unstable at 60fps, just like with my earlier setups.

I reviewed your videos and they appear to be functioning properly for me. You haven't applied the M27Q at 60 fps, have you?

It was shared by a friend. I attempted 60fps capture since my monitor operates at 60Hz.
