Considering TPLink Omada?
I know Unifi and it's currently using one AP with the controller on my home server. That setup isn't the best. Back in my previous home, I had multiple APs, a managed switch, a cloud key, and a gateway. I didn't like the gateway much. Now I'm using PFSense for the firewall/router. I'm weighing options—buying a Cloud Key, a switch, another AP, or two, or exploring alternatives. TPLink is on my radar because of their Omada hardware controllers, APs, and switches. My goals are to cover the whole house with WiFi, smoothly add an outdoor AP later, and keep local management simple. I'm not too concerned about 6E in my area.
