It's hard to provide a definitive response after reviewing the details. While it appears to be a minor improvement over the MSI board with additional USB and Wi-Fi ports, the chipset remains unchanged. Therefore, potential gains from overclocking seem limited.

There’s no requirement to upgrade the board; consider improving another component instead.
