I’ve experienced inconsistent performance since launch. I’ve toggled between stock settings with PBO and manual overclocking. With stock, it runs quietly at 0.8v or less, but Cinebench hits 1.366v on 4GHz. Single cores hit 4.2GHz, while manual OC pushes it to 1.25v. The trade-off is lower idle voltages and higher single-core speeds, though all-core voltage stays high. Or I keep stock for better idle and speed, but all-core load stays elevated. Which approach do you prefer?

Running a third generation Ryzen CPU would be best left untouched. The main reason I boosted my 1600 was that stock configurations usually ran at around 3.3GHz.

My movements are between the stock configurations; it operates precisely as I intend. The clock ticks fast, the idle time is minimal, yet the voltage spikes significantly when the load increases.
