I've learned that pushing the AMD Ryzen 7 2700 too hard isn't recommended, and adjusting PBO might be a better approach. What are your thoughts? You currently have a 4GHz all-core overclock with PBO turned off. Since you're new to Ryzen, what do you think about these options? Your setup includes an ASUS TUF X470-PLUS GAMING, a NZXT Kraken x52 cooler, 32GB RAM, a high-end CPU, and several SSDs.

This won’t cause any damage. It’s mostly a waste of time since there aren’t significant benefits. Turning on XFR and pbo works fine unless you’re just doing it for amusement.

My 2700x runs smoothly at 4.1ghz with 1.410v on auto. These chips can handle voltage and heat, so you'll need to test a bit. I believe 4ghz is a solid speed since it's 200mhz faster than the standard all-core boost with higher temperatures at 3.8ghz. Keep an eye on the load temperatures—lower is better.
