Why not try it yourself? Usually they just assist and rarely cause issues.

I agree with the others. Using any benchmark to evaluate performance is fine—testing it will be harmless. If it helps, that’s great; if not, there’s nothing to worry about.

You ran several 3DMark evaluations and noticed significant drops—around 20-40% across most games. Solidworks showed only minor gains. GTA Story Mode rose from 87 fps to 101, while GTA Online didn’t improve. Subnautica saw a noticeable boost in frame rate. The Witcher 3 remained stable, though I checked to avoid bottlenecks. CS:GO began stuttering, so I disabled multicore rendering to resolve it. General software like Chrome and Steam are now much faster, making my computer feel more responsive. So far, only 3DMark has shown reductions; nothing else has changed.
