His computer is pretty average for me, but I’m in agreement about the RAM issue. It was missed. Installing 16GB would be ideal.

I mostly play PC games, but I usually try them on consoles first—like GTA, RDR2, Fallout 3/4, NV, and Elder Scrolls titles. I really like third-person RPGs on consoles because of the experience they offer. I plan to get the latest versions on consoles, then wait for a Steam sale before downloading them on PC.
