1070 and i7 7700k let you enjoy most games for several years at high performance. I own a 4790k and an 1070, so I can confirm.

I'd suggest PC. It seems likely they'll add mod support later on, possibly after the initial release or even at launch if things go well. https://www.pcgamer.com/cyberpunk-2077-w...:~:text=CD Projekt hopes to support, and then pet that dog.

It makes sense to compare the new PS5 with its advanced features rather than just focusing on the hardware. You might want to clarify whether you're interested in the overall capabilities, differences between ports, or how the display compares to a monitor. This would help us better understand your concerns.

The PS5 will slightly outshine the 1070 at 4k with improved performance. Load times should also be quicker. Right now, the PS5 seems like the better choice. Updating drivers for the 1070 may take some time, so you might enjoy smoother early-game play. If you have an SSD and intend to upgrade your GPU later, consider getting it on the PC instead.

The poor gamepad is enough to skip it for the PS5. Where do you find your mysterious details about the PS5?

Three years is just how long it lasts for computers, right?
