Hey there! Glad to be here. I’m based in Algeria, which is honestly the toughest place for networking. My ISP is planning to use VDSL, so I was wondering what modem/router setup would work best for me. I need something with a good splitter, solid Wi-Fi, network compatibility, and reliable service. There are three CPUs available, but I’m not a tech expert, so I can’t pick the best one. Thanks!

Are you asking if a switch is what you meant by a splitter? Any router with a Gigabit LAN connection would be the most suitable option. Speeds over 1 Gbps will be very costly. I’d just check whether it has Gigabit LAN ports. Regarding the modem, I can’t assist since I haven’t used DSL for internet before.
