Do you have CCLeaner set up? It's a useful tool I frequently use after installing games or heavy applications. Try it out and share your experience later.

I believe the reference was incorrect. Just to clarify, I do have CCleaner and also use OKA, though I haven't used it recently.

It seems like the file is quite large—around 100GB. You might want to check ITune's cache folder or use a converter/transfer tool to manage it.

did you verify the origin of the 100gb? i encountered an issue from nvidia in their updates that took away 50gb of my space. i realized it after inspecting each folder to find a temporary file worth 50gb of nothing. when i attempted to delete it, nvidia’s uninstaller was still using it, which confirmed the source was indeed nvidia.

It seems like a small issue occurred. Even after restarting, it displayed 100GB, but I instructed it to clean up and it actually removed 23GB instead.
