I typically run the disk cleaner once a month to remove outdated files and unnecessary data. This time I was a bit concerned...100gb of free space to delete?

It doesn't seem reasonable given the size of your drive and recent activity. Your storage usage appears unusually high.

Do you have any Steam games? If yes, attempt to use steam cleaner. Often during the first startup of new setups, they reinstall packages you likely already possess (such as DirectX). Microsoft might flag duplicate packages due to the extra 100GB, which is why I wanted to bring it up. (link)

In my temporary folder on roaming, it's using 18GB. That's the main issue. The rest is just steam and music files. Might it be because I back up Windows on another drive, affecting how temp files are handled?

Steam limits itself to 50GB, but it’s worth a try—I can attempt it tomorrow if I have time.

Performing a virus scan at the ATM. It may take some time. I can attempt it tomorrow. Appreciate it.

Does your SSD serve as the boot device? There might be some files lingering in your Recycle Bin.

The temporary files are noted to be around 100GB in size.
