Do you have any Steam games? If yes, attempt to use steam cleaner. Often during the first startup of new setups, they reinstall packages you likely already possess (such as DirectX). Microsoft might flag duplicate packages due to the extra 100GB, which is why I wanted to bring it up. (link)
Steam limits itself to 50GB, but it’s worth a try—I can attempt it tomorrow if I have time.
Does your SSD serve as the boot device? There might be some files lingering in your Recycle Bin.
